Trash and Treasures will be held in Haliburton village Saturday June 14, 2014 in the Haliburton Highlands, Ontario.

Trash and Treasures will be held outside the Rails End Gallery and Arts Centre. Behinds around 8 am and goes for most of the day.

Close to 100 individual booths are set up with vendor trash that is usually someone’s treasure.

2nd Annual Live Art Here Fundraiser
Spend a day participating, celebrating and supporting the Haliburton School of The Arts through the 2nd Annual Live Art Here fundraiser on Saturday, May 3rd at the Haliburton Campus of Fleming College.
It’s a full day of immersion in the arts – your day includes breakfast, lunch, and a wine reception, art demonstrations, a silent auction, and participation in an arts workshop.

Workshops are taught by expert artists and cover a wide variety of media: Sculpting from the Model: Torso with Paul Portelli; Sculpted Silver Jewellery with Sophia Tink; Sterling Silver Bracelet with Susan Watson Ellis; Digital Photography with Rob Stimpson; Carbon/Charcoal Drawing & Painting with Marta Scythes; Acrylic Painting with Passion and Purpose in the Landscape with John Anderson and Stained Glass Sun-catcher with Wendy Ladurantaye.
