Sally’s View of the River

It is April 16th, 2005 and today the Saturday Toronto Star featured an article talking about bird migration. In the article it was saying that “the Herons were NOW crossing the US Border and would be in Canada soon”. It was not 30 minutes following reading that article that I was telling a guest about our Harriet. Five minutes after that one of the guests who had returned to his Riverview Suite, ran down shouting “Harriet has arrived…look over there”. We all stood there gaping being thankful that Harriet wintered well and has returned home safely to the Drag River. Sunny Rock Sal
