Sally’s View of the River

We saw a deer grazing just steps away as we came out of the lodge. He looked up at us and then went back to eating and slowly went his way. Very cool.

While returning to Sunny Rock 9:30 pm, Jan & I drove towards the mail box. As we slowly approached all we could see were two little eyes. At closer inspection it was a martin (mink-like small animal) with a fish in its mouth. The fish was almost twice its size and still alive looking.
