Maple Syrup Season in the Haliburton Highlands is celebrated at the WINTERGREEN MAPLE SYRUP AND PANCAKE BARN. Every weekend from March 4th through April 30th you are invited to the Highlands for the Maple Syrup season. Throughout the season Tom and Dianne Dawson invite you to experience the Wintergreen hospitality. The Wintergreen Maple Syrup Barn is 2 k away from the Sunny Rock Bed & Breakfast. During the Maple season the Dawson’s love to show guests how the maple syrup is processed and the taste of maple toffee on snow. Ride on vehicles in to the back maple bush.

Come enjoy a meal smothered in the Maple Syrup. The retail section of Wintergreen boasts of 40 different kinds of jams and jellies, 25 different types of syrup, many different BBQ and cooking sauces all which have been made on the property.
Wintergreen Maple Syrup and Pancake Barn is just 2k down the road and our guests may enjoy walking from the Sunny Rock B&B to Wintergreen and back.
