Wintergreen Maple Syrup and Pancake Barn (located on Gelert Road in the Haliburton Highlands Ontario) sells beautiful hand-turned bowls, vases and urns made from a variety of woods selected from their own forest. Tom Dawson, a retired school teacher, personally hand crafts the wood bowls. Each bowl is turned green and air dried to produce family heirlooms, made to last for generations. Custom order accepted. For more information call Tom or Diane Dawson 705-286-3202 or plan on visiting their show room.

The show room is located at the Wintergreen Maple Syrup and Pancake Barn open on sporadic weekends through out the year starting at the School March Break right to Labour Day.

To check their weekend hours of operation call Tom or Diane Dawson.(telephone 705-286-3202) or call us at the Sunny Rock Bed & Breakfast. Wintergreen is an easy 2.5 km walk from our door down the Gelert Road. We, from time to time offer our guests a breakfast meal at Wintergreen and while there, or on your own, you can check out Tom’s Wood Bowls and tell them Sunny Rock Sally sent you. Sally
