The Ethel Curry Gallery in Haliburton Ontario: Charles Spratt Show runs Dec 8, 2007 – Jan 5, 2008

The Ethel Curry Gallery Presents: Spirit and Light, new works by Charles Spratt

The Ethel Curry Gallery, 94 Maple Ave., Haliburton, Meet the artist December 8. Show runs December 8, 2007 – January 5, 2008

New works in acrylic by Charles Spratt. Charles’ masterful brushwork and artistic interpretation, so immediately recognizable in his work can be seen in the many hundreds of paintings that have found their way into corporate boardrooms, institutions and private collections. “I prefer to stop painting when my story has unfolded, and let a bit of each painting be completed in the viewer’s eye. The result, I trust, will be a three-way dialogue between myself as the artist, my painting and the viewer, where the viewer is drawn to explore his or her own interpretation. Hopefully, my paintings reflect the depth of my absorption in the wonder and beauty of the world around me.” Meet the Artist December 8th.
