To feel anger or sorrow in the face of ecological destruction is natural – and the key to our power. Carve a pathway through pain and disillusionment. Recognize our true nature as resilient beings in the web of life. Experience transformational exercises – The Mirror Walk, Council of All Beings, Elm Dance, Meditations for Coming Back to Life and The Great Turning: Taking part in the Revolution of our Time. Take away inspiring concepts from Deep Ecology and Systems Theory. Facilitator: Rebekah Hart is a graduate of the McGill School of Environment, a poet, practitioner of mindfulness meditation, founder of The Earth Dialogues in Montreal and a Canadian intern of Johanna Macy
