We have been in business at Sunny Rock B&B for 15 years…yes I said 15. Holy Cow! Anyway what that means is that we have had just under 5,000 visitors. Translation is that we have made a few beds in our 15 years. In 2003 when we built the new Timberframe addition that included the new 1200 square foot sun room (with the 28 windows) we also added 2 new bedrooms above (the Riverview and the Fallsview Suites).

These 2 Suites by far have been the most popular and so therefore the beds have has allot of visitors. We are very happy to say that we have found the perfect replacement for them and they are now in place and ready for your visit.

The Pine Studio now also has a new addition…a Queen Bed. Holy what a wonderful addition that is to that already wonderful space.

I haven’t taken new pictures yet however when I do I will be sure to post them on our website.

It will be our pleasure to welcome you to this new and improved feature of Sunny Rock. Have you planned your winter holiday yet?

We recommend your winter include Winterdance Dogsledding…mention Sunny Rock when you make your afternoon reservation in January through to March. We recommend the afternoon as I am sure you will be wanting to linger over our huge gourmet breakfast.

hope to see you soon. Sally

We had a group of women come to visit last weekend. We shared with them the new Wii game machine that I bought Jan for her birthday. They spent the weekend playing Tennis, Golf and Bowling. Not only did the group have a full weekend of activity they also had the opportunity to experience the latest in electronic games. Makes me think I need to go and buy some more games as well.

If you would like to plan your group weekend please give me (Sally) a call at Sunny Rock Bed & Breakfast. 1-888-786-6976

Free Monday Night BBQ Dinner at Sunny Rock B&B

Filed under: New Value Added — Sally at 11:08 pm on Tuesday, June 27, 2006

During the Summer months we provide a free BBQ dinner to guests who are staying with us for multiple nights.

Guests staying for only one night can purchase the Monday BBQ meal for $15 per person.

The Menu varies from hamburgers, to sausage, chicken to “veggie thing”. I plan the menu with the guests. There is always a salad, or two and dessert.

On Monday we usually go and have a swim, enjoy the natural whirlpool, come back from the water to happy hour and slowly move into dinner. Pretty casual evening of new and old friends.
